I’ve now received two full written responses, but I’m not happy with them. How can I pursue the matter further?
Send us details of your complaint, using the form on our Travel Problems page. Once you’ve done this, you’ll need to print out the summary of your complaint and post this to us, together with copies of your letters to the travel company and their replies, and a copy of your booking confirmation invoice. We’ll then be able to advise you on avenues available to you. Please don’t send originals, photographs or anything of value. You’ll find our address at the foot of this page.
