Ive noticed that in some cases, TCCF states exactly what ailment one of its children is suffering from, while in other cases, the medical information provided is vague. Why is that?

Privacy laws dictate that we cannot disclose specific medical information regarding a patient, and when we do, it is with the tacit approval of the parents/guardians of the child in question. In some instances, the medical condition and/or treatment is better left as private due to the nature of the illness. Rest assured, however, that every child sponsored by TCCF is in dire need of critical medical care to ensure a healthy and happy future, or to save his or her life.
