Ive never done “Hot Yoga”, I usually practice Bikram Method…will I be lost and confused?
This is a fabulous place to start a Hot Yoga practice. We have classes that average 15-20 students and teachers are trained to work with individuals in a group setting. We’ll make sure you’re following along with the rest of class thereby reducing any confusion.Q: What is the benefit of heating the room? A: It reduces the risk of injury and helps to eliminate toxins from the body by way of sweating.Q: I have asthma, won’t I have problems practicing in the heat? A: Most people who have asthma report that their symptoms are reduced and the have less need for inhalers or medications, and some report getting off medications altogether.Q: I don’t like the heat, won’t I pass out?A: People often need a period of time to adjust to the heat. With practice you will find it bothers you less and less, unitil you find that you just can’t imagine practicing any other way.
