Ive never been to a yoga class before. What can I expect?
Yoga is a challenging exercise that incorporates stretching and flexibility with strength and cardio. We offer a variety of levels of intensity for the beginner to the advanced. Yoga is typically done in bare feet, on our provided exercise mats. Modifications are given for all poses and you’re welcome to observe before signing up. Talk to the instructor if you are unsure if the class is right for you. Additional one-on-one sessions are available. Participants should wear comfortable, loose clothing, and bring water.
