A – In your existing version of Ingressor, go to Help>About and record your serial number from your old computer prior to shutting that computer down. Make certain that you also migrate your NK2 file to your new computer so that you do not lose valuable information. When putting it on the new computer, make certain that you copy it over the new NK2 file created and that the file name bears the same name as the email profile name on the new computer. For more information, please review the TIPS document on this website and in particular the section on Migrating your NK2 file. Once you have successfully moved your NK2 file and downloaded and installed a new version of Ingressor software you may register it using the “MOVE” option.
