I’ve modified settings in the CD Design menu, but the changes are not showing up on the preview menu. What is wrong?

Whenever any changes are made that affect the CD Preview, you must first click back to the “CD Information” tab and then click back to the “Select Documents” or “Create CD” tab to refresh the changes to the CD.
