I?ve made a payment – why does my online bill not show it?
The invoice that appears on Online Billing is static at the date of issue; even though you make a payment, it will not be updated. If you wish a new invoice to be issued to Online Billing, contact Fees and Scholarships. Alternatively, we can quote a revised amount over the phone. Your Student Account enquiry, which is also available with your online bill, will display your current financial details.
