Ive lost my course completion card for my insurance discount (or military requirement to ride on base) or “certificate of motorcycle training” for my license. Can you help?

Ironstone maintains records back to about 1997. Send us a check for $10 with a note requesting a “replacement course completion card” indicating about when you took the course, your name, SS# / license#, address you were at when you took the course, your current phone #, and your current address (where will we send the new card to). If we cannot find you in our database, we will call you or return your request. If we find your data, a card will mailed out directly. For “certificates of motorcycle training” (needed to process your license), give us a call at 508-278-0172 to confirm mailing address, etc. Normally, there is no charge for replacement. However, we will only reissue the certificate once before other arrangements are made.
