I’ve logged into OpenAthens but I still can’t seem to access the resource. Why?
A number of resources require ‘extra clicks’ in order to gain access. In general, what you need to look for is a link with “Athens login” or similar. You’ll need to do this even if you have logged into OpenAthens. We appreciate that this can be confusing, and are working with resource providers to make sure that the login process as easy as possible. Similarly, if you are trying to access a resource where we have access to a number of resources from the same provider, you may need to select the resource you wish to use. Again, we are working with suppliers to improve the logging in process.
