Ive just received from iiNet the date that my current landline phone service will be transferred over to Naked DSL. Will the transfer definitely occur at this time?

A technician needs to go out the exchange to switch your line over to Naked DSL. In most cases they will meet the set appointment time. Sometimes they may not be able to make the appointment and they will let us know of a new date, which we will in turn will let you know about (by email and SMS).
