Ive just added my program and its shown on the category pages but now the new files section on the index page?

We aim to ensure that all new programs are shown on the new files section on the index page for at least a hour. Therefore if we have a lot of authors provide new updates / additions (manually or via PAD file polling) it may take a few hours for them to appear on the index page.
