Ive just added a new employee and want to enter his schedule but his name is not appearing in the schedule list?

If you do not see an employee in the schedule list, make sure the option “Has a Schedule” has been selected. To do this, select the employee in the Employee List and press [RETURN] or [ENTER]. The “Has a Schedule” option can be found in the employee record on the General tab.
