Ive installed the TMS zl module, but Im unable to access the Web browser interface. Is there a default IP address?

No. The TMS zl module must be first activated before it will boot into the TMS software. Activation requires a Registration Identifier (included in box) and access to my.procurve.com. This process is detailed in the Installation and Getting Started Guide.
