I’ve installed OggSync for Outlook, but I don’t see it anywhere?
OggSync version 4 runs in the system tray and appears as a red circle. If it is not there, start it in the start menu ~ OggSync. To access the features RIGHT click the red circle in the system tray to bring up the menu. Q) I’m getting: Error: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {620D55B0-F2FB-464E-A278-B4308DB1DB2B} failed due to the following error: 80040154. A) It looks like one of the DLL’s didn’t get registered for some reason. Please give this a try: regsvr32 “C:\program files\icoa inc\OggSync Desktop v4\Redemption.dll” Q) I’m getting: Error: “Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0×80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).” That error means your interop libraries are not installed. 1) Try uninstalling and re-installing OggSync. If that doesn’t work go to step 2. 2) Try installing: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/
