Ive installed my ImageMate on Windows 2000, but how come the drive letter says Drive not ready or my ImageMate has taken another devices drive letter?
This is due to a conflict with another device on or near that drive letter. In Windows 2000 you can change a drive letter by going into control panel and double-clicking the Administrative tools icon. Then go to computer management Below that choose storage Below storage you will see Disk Management. On the right hand side right-click on the drive of choice and choose change drive letter. Choose edit Then choose the drive letter of choice.
