First, make sure that the menu category is set to “All.” If there is still no icon, try tapping on the Home icon in the lower left until you have cycled through the menus and have returned to the “All” menu (this will “Refresh” the handheld’s screen). If there is still no icon, try reinstalling the “TC-DataViewer.prc” file. (Refer to the Installation Guide for more details.
