DataViewer must be run from the \Program Files\Town Compass\DataViewer\ directory on your Smartphone’s RAM in order to work correctly. Make sure the “DataViewer.exe” file is in this directory. If it isn’t, reinstall DataViewer from the original CAB file (refer to the Installation Guide for how to install DataViewer on your device).
