Generally speaking, Luther Manor does not have a waiting list. The time it takes to move to, or plan a stay at, Luther Manor depends on the program or service area in which you are interested (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care or rehabilitation services). A wide variety of apartment homes is available for nearly immediate occupancy for those seeking independent living or assisted living (RCAC) in the Terrace at Luther Manor. Some of the larger independent living apartments may require a short wait. Availability for assisted living (CBRF) in the Courtyards at Luther Manor, skilled nursing care in the Health Care Center at Luther Manor or the Rehabilitation Center changes daily, and a client relations representative can provide up-to-date availability information and help you make arrangements that accommodate your needs.
