Ive heard that Jakotsu is in love with Inuyasha/Bankotsu/insert random male characters name here/a tin of pineapples. Is this true?
(Let’s face it – somebody’s bound to ask me at least one of these questions sooner or later. ^^; ). Basically, the only thing I can say for definite is that Jakotsu has a one–sided crush on Inuyasha. Your choice of pairings is up to you. Bankotsu/Jakotsu (or Jakotsu/Bankotsu) is a fairly popular slash pairing but when it comes to canon you won’t get any definite answers on this one. There are some things which can be taken as hints and subtext supporting the pairing in the Inuyasha anime and manga but nothing which says that they definitely are or aren’t a couple. I like the pairing myself but I wouldn’t call it canon. IMHO, this one’s more of a matter of opinion than anything else, seeing as canon doesn’t really give us any clear answers. As for other pairings, well, I’ve seen Jakotsu paired with nearly every male character in the series in fanart and fanfiction (and even several female characters 0_o^).
