The 50 year guarantee is only as good as the company behind it. When the company closes or moves out of the area, never to return you’re kind of stuck. With an open loop or VSWC system it is always accessible for any required maintenance many years down the road. A good,reputable NGWA driller and / or pump man can service it any time of year.
