Ive heard of Email Autoresponders. What are they?
If you anticipate dealing with lots of email queries, usually generated from your website, you can use an autoresponder to send an automated reply (predetermined by you) to your customers or surfers to your site. An autoresponder sends an instant message when any email is received in your POP account. Popularly used as replies when you’re on vacation or holiday, they can also be used for many more sophisticated replies to particular queries received via your site. It can be risky if two autoresponders end up communicating with each other! Go to your Mail Manager in your Control Panel Toolkit, choose your POP and fill in the blanks to write your own automatic response.
