Ive heard I can use raw egg whites if I dont have enough fertile mucus, is this true?
It is suggested in the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, but it probably is not a good idea most eggs in the United States contain salmonella and you risk the possibility of becoming infected. It would be better to use something else as a lubricant. The rest of the book is great, but this is one piece of advice that may be safer to avoid.
