Ive heard first-world and third-world country, whats a second-world country?
CI: Tell you what, I’ve been to Amsterdam and I’m going to say it’s a second-world country. Not too high, not too low. It’s one of those countries where there isn’t a lot of poverty and there aren’t a lot of rich people. They’re right down the middle.
