I’ve heard Bronz-Glow actually increases energy efficiency of air conditioning units and heat pumps. How can this be?
A. There are really two answers to this question. First, Bronz-Glow, just like any coating, will slightly affect the operational efficiency of the unit when first applied. However, based on actual heat transfer tests, Bronz-Glow’s effect on heat transfer is less than ½-1%. Other coatings have been rated as high as 5% or more.
