A The foil type mirror heaters, normally 24V, only generate a very small amount of heat. This means that they have to be left on permanently, however this does not guarantee that enough heat will be made to keep you mirror clear of steam. Our 200 watts of heat per meter square (150/m2 on the SELV) allows us to keep your mirror clear of mist even under the most hostile of conditions.
