The first print run of the Theory of Catering (11th Edition) included a demo disc rather than the actual Student/Home disc. In fact there is no password – you can log in only as a student. Please contact iwona.krzysiek@hodder.co.ukand request a Home Standalone disc, which will provide the full Student content. In the meanwhileplease see the Demo section, below,for details of how to access the content on the disc you do have.
