Sure… First use “Filter Results” This narrows down the machines by matching the string entered to characters in the machine name. Second, instead of querying your entire domain, create a custom machines.dat file that contains only the machines you want in your list. The machines in this custom file must all start with 2 backslashes(\\) Note: If you press the query button, it will erase your custom file. Remote Assistance is giving me an error, “Access to the requested resource has been disabled by your Administrator” Before a machine will accept an “unsolicited” offer for help that machine must be configured.
