Ive got a 2005 Kia Spectra with about 45k miles on it. How much longer will it last provided I take decent care of it?

All cars, no matter what brands, can last 200,000 miles easily if they are maintained according to the owners manual, which you can but from the car dealerships if they did not come with the car. But very few people actually follow the maintenance schedule or drive the cars sanely.
