Ive forgotten my username and password for the Online Directory Member Directory, what do I do?
A. Unless youve changed it, your username is your first initial and last name and your password is your Social Security Number with NO dashes and NO spaces. If youre still having trouble logging on, call or email Membership Coordinator, Gretchen Michelfeld (Gmichelfeld@ssdc.org) and shell figure it out with you.
