I’ve experienced some movement in my timber table, & also noticed it is deepening in colour, is this normal?
A. Yes this is quite normal. Timber is a natural product which can expand & contract according to the varying temperatures in which it is housed. Timber furniture can also change in colour & character over a period of time due to the influence of light & air. This is the proof of genuine wood & part of the charm of a piece of quality furniture.
