I’ve experience of playing rugby union, but none of playing rugby league – is it difficult to ‘change codes’?
No, not really. Considering that the majority of players in our club are union converts, it is a switch that can be done without much difficulty. Both fall under ‘rugby’, with your core skills in union being directly transferable to league. There will be things you need to work on, and ‘habits’ to change, but the switch isn’t too difficult, as many of our players will testify.
