I’ve entered my activity time and intensity and clicked on Submit Activity, but nothing happens. Why?

You may have missed a step in entering your activity. Make sure that you selected your activity from the Select Activity menu and that you clicked on the “Submit Activity” button (and not “Submit Steps” button).
