I’ve entered all the information into the “modules” for my patient’s FV form, but VISTA still calls it INCOMPLETE! What’s up?

The form’s status will remain INCOMPLETE until it has been submitted for SignOff, after which it will appear as either INVALID, if there are required modules not yet entered or certification initials are invalid, or VALIDATED, if no problems are detected. Note that the green “SignOff” icon will appear on the patient’s form listing screen for all INCOMPLETE forms: clicking on the icon initiates the final validation checking.
