I’ve emailed CeDEP staff about something a number of times and have had no response. What should I do?
Try and direct your query to the right person (see the contact list). However, please be aware that at certain times of year we may not always be at our desk and may not be able to answer e-mails immediately (particularly at exam time). If you have not had a response within a week, please forward your e-mail to another member of the CeDEP team or post your query on the OLE so that it can be picked up and dealt with by another member of staff. Please remember that there are also holiday periods when we are not in the office.
