Ive earned commission, but why havent I received payment?
Commission payments via check or PayPal are issued once a month 40 days after the sale. This is to make sure that the customer doesn’t cancel the service or return the product during our money-back period. If your cumulative commission balance is $100 ($50 for PayPal) or more, your commission payment via check or PayPal will automatically be processed. If you’ve satisfied both the cancellation and minimum balance requirement but have not received a payment, please contact us immediately so that we may investigate and look into processing you payment as soon as possible.
