Ive earned Airpoints Dollars recently but they don appear on my statement. What should I do?
If you are missing some Airpoints Dollars it may be because your Airpoints membership number was not given at the time of making your reservation or check-in. US, UK, Canada, Hong Kong If your account has not been credited within eight weeks of your travel on Air New Zealand flights, you can make a claim online. To do this, login to our Online Services, click on My Account, then Claim Missing Airpoints Dollars. Continental Europe To claim missing Airpoints Dollars, please send the original ticket(s) and boarding pass(es) to your nearest Airpoints Service Centre. To claim missing Airpoints Dollars earned with one of our airline partners or non-airline partners, please send the original ticket(s) and boarding pass(es) or invoices/receipts (for hotel and car rental) to your nearest Airpoints Service Centre. All claims for missing Airpoints Dollars must be received within six months of each flight or purchase of other qualifying goods and services.
