I’ve downloaded and installed the software, but there is no scroll bar and I can’t see the next button to click to the next screen. What do I do?
This appears to have been an issue in Version 1.0 of the software that has been fixed in Version 2.0 by automatic resizing. For Version 1.0, this is a result of how you have your computer display properties set. The software is 765 x 691 pixels in size. To adjust your resolution to something higher in Windows XP, you would need to do the following: 1. Right-click on your desktop with your mouse. 2. Select “Properties”. 3. Select “Settings” tab. 4. Under Screen Resolution, adjust the resolution to something higher than 765 x 691 (such as 1280 pixels by 800 pixels or higher). In Windows, you can also find the settings to adjust under “Display” in the Control Panel.
