Ive created e-mailing groups, uploaded subscribers, and scheduled content to be sent out, but none of my e-mails are going out. Why?
The typical reason this may occur is that you haven’t yet activated your e-mailing group(s). After signing in, go to the “Groups” area and click the “Activate” link next to the appropriate group. If a group is already activated, the link will say “Deactivate.” If a group is already activated and your subscribers still aren’t receiving messages, go to the reports section and view the subscriber and send statistics for your particular group. The report should tell you how many e-mails our system is sending out for your group and how many of those were bounced back. If you still can’t get your e-mails to go out, send us an e-mail at support@eprayerconnect.org and explain to us your problem. We’ll take care of it.
