Not quite. Remember to complete the healthplan Part 2 if you are applying to a healthplan and to contact the hospital for its Part 2 if you are applying to a hospital. In addition, some hospitals require a pre-application; healthplans may also have additional requirements before they will accept your application. Contact the hospital or healthplan to which you plan to apply first.
