I’ve clicked on the ISO file and nothing plays. What is going on?
If you are on Windows, you need to find third party software to make the disc image viewable. This file is meant to be burned to a DVD using software such as Roxio or Nero. For more information about burning this file to a DVD refer to the General Instructions found on this website. If you are on Macintosh, double-clicking on the ISO file will mount a drive. To view the files, after mounting the disc image, simply open the DVD Player and it will begin to play. If you have multiple drives mounted from various ISO files, the DVD Player will access the most recent mounted disc image.
