Ive checked out another site that also listed Villa Del Palmar Cabo, but their rates added 12% tax and 10% service fee. Do I understand correctly that there is not an extra 22% added to your rates?

Yes, we charge NO extra fees. We are timeshare owners at Villa del Palmar, and we rent out extra weeks. The rates we quote are what you pay.
