You will need to logon to LifelineOnline using your old e-mail address, group password and personal password. Once you get to the homepage, click My Journey and then update my details from the sub menu. This will show you the current e-mail address and enable you to change it.

You will need to logon to LifelineOnline using your old email address, group password and personal password. Once you get to the homepage, click on ‘My Journey > update my details’ from the left-hand navigation. This will show you the current email address and enable you to change it.
