Most probably the firmware of your device is no up to date, and so it will not recognize the games files to install them. You have to update the firmware of your device to the most recent firmware version available to download in our website. Install the firmware following the instructions on the manual and on the firmware download page. Then install the games properly by following the instructions that are available on the page where you have downloaded the game files.
