Ive been told not to work due to my ill-health, but I have to keep working. Does staying at work mean I cant get ill-health, severe ill-health or terminal ill-health payments from the FAS?

If you are still working even though you have been advised not to on medical grounds, you may still be eligible for ill-health, severe ill-health or terminal ill-health payments from the FAS. The FAS Scheme Manager needs to be satisfied you are unable to work due to your ill-health. If you have been advised by a medical professional that you should not be working, please let us know.
