Most certainly not. It’s possible that this host has already been compromised, and you’d only end up venting on a fellow victim. Instead, if possible, send a polite note to the Sysadmin of the box (if possible), and CC it to the abuse department of his service provider. They are in a better position to determine the situation and address it appropriately. To find out who is responsible for a given domain, use the command ‘whois hostname.com’ .
