At the moment everyone knows because of the ailing new car industry you can get a good discount on a new car, why accept £2,000 part exchange allowance for a car when you could probably get a discount approaching this figure anyway. This leaves you free to sell your car elsewhere. This is not to mention the immediate loss involved in buying a brand new car.
