I’ve been collecting Nectar points with EDF Energy for a number of years – how will the change to the Nectar scheme affect me?
From 1st January 2008 you will need to claim your points annually, you can do this by internet, post or phone – when you do this you will receive a 200 Nectar points claim bonus straight away. In addition if you are a Dual Fuel customer you will also receive our new Dual Fuel bonus of 200 Nectar points per annum. You will still receive a quarterly loyalty bonus of 50 Nectar points per energy account, and this will increase to 150 per quarter if you pay promptly (Direct Debit and Prepayment customers automatically qualify). If you are a Read.Reduce.Reward customer you will continue to earn Nectar points for submitting your meter readings, and reducing your annual energy consumption. If you are currently receiving Direct Debit Nectar points you will be transferred to the cash discount version of this product with effect from 1st January 2008.
