Ive been burgled and had all my paperwork relating to my FlexiShare holding stolen. What can I do?
You must inform Equiniti FS by telephone as soon as you get the opportunity and it will place a warning on the share register to protect your shareholding. But you will need to write to confirm the theft. Should you wish to sell the shares in the future you will also need to pay a small indemnity fee, in advance of the sale, in order that the appropriate action can be taken to allow the sale. In the meantime, you can check your holding on the Shareview website or request written confirmation from Equiniti FS.
