Ive been adding items to my “Mailsmith Support” folder, but Mailsmith doesn see them. Why is this?
This is happening because you have multiple “Mailsmith Support” folders (with the extra one possibly having been created by an older version of Mailsmith). One of them is probably in the same folder of the application, and the other is in ~/Library/Application Support. Older versions of Mailsmith would use the support folder that was in the same folder as the application, but current versions (correctly) prefer the folder that’s in the current user’s Application Support folder. To resolve this, delete the “Mailsmith Support” folder that you don’t want; you can determine which folder is the right one to discard by examining its Signatures and Scripts folders; they will be be lacking your own contents.
