• Register for a Transfer and Adult Learning Orientation Session or Scheduling Workshop • Complete all sections of the Accepted Transfer Student Check List • Review the Transfer Student Guide Transfer and Adult Learner students are strongly encouraged to attend either a Scheduling Workshop or a College-Specific Orientation. (Students may attend both; however, there is some overlapping content.) Both Orientations and Scheduling Workshops include essential information on how to select appropriate courses to continue your degree program, including a presentation on how to read the Analysis of Academic Progress, as well as on-site advisement and registration. Scheduling Workshops take place throughout the summer and provide new transfer/adult learners an opportunity to meet with an Academic Advisor who will provide information regarding academic and transfer policies, course selection, and course registration. Students are also able to register for courses during a Scheduling Workshop. Col
